The Maximum Heart Rate (MHR) widget on the far right of the screen helps you keep track of the participant's wellbeing throughout the PEFA.
The first step is to enter the initial pre-test heart rate.
How does the MHR widget work?
Throughout the assessment, the participant's heart rate (HR) should be sitting at a standard 60-70% HR. If the participant's HR rises, then the assessor will be flagged based on the colour of the box.
What colours do I need to look out for?
Green - If the HR is <75%
Yellow - If the HR is >75%
Orange - If the HR is >80%
Red - If the HR is >85% ( Stop the Assessment )
